Ciro Evangelista and his team had a super challenge:  He was called at the last minute by my stressed out seller of a grand 3-bedroom wreck with trophy views of Central Park.  The owner demanded a rockstar space in a week — a super tall order indeed. Ciro gracefully and graciously rose to the occasion — outpacing and outperforming his competition. He perfectly navigated the tough co-op’s rules and regulations and a sales broker (me) who had to launch the home for sale 6 days after Ciro got the job.  The result:  Ciro magically created a stylish home that helped me to attract multiple bids above asking price in less than a week — all in a softening market.  Ciro, thanks for being a staging superhero!
